From our NABARD Grade A notes
- NABARD Grade A (Assistant Manager) runs its application on the same IBPS-style portal used by most bank exams, so the uploads are the familiar four. The 2025 cycle opened in November, and that is when to expect the next one. Our values are checked against the official NABARD advertisement for the 2025 cycle (applications 8–30 November 2025).
- Officer-level candidates often apply to NABARD, RBI Grade B and IBPS SO in the same year. The photo, signature and thumb specs are the same, so keep one master set:
NABARD Grade A signature compared with similar exams
- RBI Grade B, IBPS RRB PO (Officer Scale I), IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) and RBI Assistant use the same signature size as NABARD Grade A (140×60 px · 10–20 KB · JPG), so one file passes all these forms. RBI Grade B sizes · IBPS RRB PO (Officer Scale I) sizes · IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) sizes · RBI Assistant sizes
Upload errors and how to fix them
These are the messages the NABARD Grade A portal shows. Each one has a fix.
- Error:
Signature / Hand written declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted
- Fix: This rule is in the notice itself. Re-write the signature and the declaration in normal running handwriting, then upload again.
- Error:
Photo uploaded in place of signature
- Fix: Each upload box takes only its own document. Use the file names SahiSize gives (photo.jpg, sign.jpg, thumb.jpg, decl.jpg) so you never mix them up.
