About SahiSize

Right size, first time. SahiSize ("sahi size" means "the right size") is a free website that prepares every document an Indian government exam or job form needs, so the upload is not rejected.

What it does

• You pick your exam. We load its sizes: pixels, KB range, format and DPI. For 27 of 35 exams these come from the official notification. The rest come from secondary sources and are clearly labelled "Unverified" on the exam page, so you know to check the official notice before uploading.
• For each document (photo, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, certificates) you add a picture, crop it, and Auto-fit makes it exactly right.
• A pass check shows a tick for every rule before you download. Then you download all files as one ZIP.

We cover 35 exams today, from banking and SSC to NTA, UPSC, teaching and state exams, plus simple tools like "compress to 20 KB".

Your files stay with you

All processing happens inside your browser. Your photo and documents are never uploaded to any server. After your first visit, the site even works offline.

Where the sizes come from

Every exam page links the source it uses and shows when we last checked it. Sizes we verified against the official notice name that notice; sizes we could only find in secondary sources (coaching sites, news sites or copies of the notice) carry an "Unverified" label until we confirm them. The full list, grouped into verified and unverified, is on the sources page, and our editorial policy explains how sizes are checked, dated and corrected. If a portal rejects a file or a size looks wrong, please tell us.

Who we are

SahiSize is built by Illumin and operated by Logicbuds Private Limited. We are not affiliated with any government body or exam conducting authority. Exam names are used only to describe which form a size applies to.

How we keep it free

There is no login and there are no pop-up ads. We show one small, clearly labelled sponsored card (ExamPilot) below tools and on the home page. It never appears inside the upload, crop or download steps.
