Editorial policy

SahiSize has one job: make your photo, signature and documents match what the official exam notice asks for. This page explains where those sizes come from, how we check them, and what happens when one is wrong.

Where the sizes come from

• We aim to take every exam size (pixels, KB range, format, DPI) from that exam's official notification or official website. Today 27 of 35 exams are verified that way.
• Where we could not yet get the official notice, the sizes come from secondary sources (coaching sites, news sites or copies of the notice hosted elsewhere). Those exam pages are labelled "Unverified" and ask you to check the official notice before uploading.
• We record the notice's name, its link and, where possible, the page number. The sources for all 35 exams are listed together on the official sources page.
• A secondary source never counts as verified. When we confirm a size from the official notice, we switch the source and remove the label.

How sizes are checked and dated

• Every exam page shows a "last checked" date: the day we last compared its sizes with the notice.
• We re-check exam pages before each notification season. Any check older than 120 days is flagged by our internal checks.
• When a notice changes, we update the size, the date and the source together.

What "Size to verify" means

When the official notice does not clearly state a document's size, that document is labelled "Size to verify". It means we have not confirmed the size yet, so check your notice before you upload it. We never state such unconfirmed numbers as fact in our guides.

Reporting a mistake

If a portal rejects a file or a size does not match your notice, tell us with the report a wrong size form, or email support@sahisize.in. A link to the notice helps us check it quickly. When a report is confirmed, we correct the size and update the date.

No affiliation with exam bodies

SahiSize is not affiliated with any government body or exam conducting authority (such as IBPS, SSC, RRB, NTA or UPSC). Exam names are used only to say which form a size applies to. The official notice always has the final word. SahiSize is operated by Logicbuds Private Limited.
