- IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) is the clerk-level post in Regional Rural Banks. It is in the same CRP RRBs-XV notification as the officer post, and the 2026 window was 1–27 September 2026 (extended from 21 September).
- Use the text on this page. The RRB wording ends "I will submit the supporting documents", not "present" as on the IBPS PO form. Write your name in the blank, keep the rest exactly as given, and write in normal running English handwriting with black ink. Capital letters are not accepted.
- You can take the Office Assistant exam in your state's regional language, but the declaration is still written in English. A declaration in Hindi or another language is treated as invalid.
- Sizes have not changed, so last year's signature and thumb usually still pass. Use a recent photo and write a fresh declaration.
