These DSSSB (Delhi) 2026 rules come from secondary sources quoting “OARS online applications”, last checked on 22 Oct 2026, not yet from the DSSSB notice itself.
From our DSSSB (Delhi) notes
- DSSSB applications go through OARS, and the photo there is unlike almost any other exam: it is a postcard-size, upper-body photo, not a passport-size face. If you reuse a bank-exam photo, it will be too small in both pixels and KB.
- Thumb impressions: left and right thumbs as two separate files, each up to 40 KB.
- Ink your left thumb and press once on white paper. Do the same with the right thumb beside it.
- Crop each thumb separately. Files come out as thumb_l.jpg and thumb_r.jpg, so you do not upload the same thumb twice.
- Most photo rejections are a face-only crop or a file under 50 KB. For thumbs, check you did not upload the left impression in the right-thumb box.
