• Joint CSIR-UGC NET has the most optional PDFs of the NTA forms. Everyone uploads a photo and a signature; many candidates also need a category certificate or a result-awaited attestation form, and each must be a PDF of 50–300 KB.
• Result-awaited attestation form (Annexure XI): if you are in the final year of your master's. It needs your Head of Department's signature, so get it signed before you start the form.
