MPPSC State Service signature: what is specific to this exam
These MPPSC State Service 2026 rules come from secondary sources quoting “State Service Examination 2026 (Advertisement No. 29/2025, dated 31.12.2025, Appendix III)”, page 16, last checked on 22 Oct 2026, not yet from the MPPSC notice itself. The MPPSC State Service form usually opens around January–February.

- The MPPSC State Service form has two details that trip people up: the photo must carry your name and the date, and the KB limit printed in the advertisement is not the one the portal enforces.
- Signature: black ink on white paper. It is fitted to 350×150 px, 25–100 KB, because the advertisement's 25 KB minimum covers the signature too.
- First check the photo is under 100 KB, not just under 200 KB. Then check the pixel size: the photo must be exactly 350×450 and the signature 350×150. These values come from a secondary guide, so if the form states something else, the form wins.

MPPSC State Service signature questions
What is the MPPSC signature size?
350×150 pixels, 25–100 KB, JPG, black ink on white paper. The advertisement gives 25–200 KB for the photo and signature; the pixel size comes from guides.
The advertisement says up to 200 KB. Why do you stop at 100 KB?
The portal itself has been reported to accept only 20–100 KB. A file of 25–100 KB satisfies both the advertisement and the portal.
Will the name strip make my face smaller?
A little. The strip takes the bottom part of the 350×450 frame, so SahiSize fits the face in the space above it. Crop a bit wider at the top to leave room.
